LifeMiles has launched a promotion to members with lucrative discounts and hotel benefits when staying at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Get Discounts & Benefits On Marriott Through LifeMiles Hotels
Through April 30, 2022, LifeMiles members who book stay on Marriott properties in the Caribbean and Latin America through LifeMiles Hotels will receive the following benefits:
- Discounts on accommodation up to 25%
- Breakfast for 2 adults
- 20% discount on the hotel’s bars and restaurants
- Free parking
- Late check-out and other local options
There is no registration needed for this offer but you have to be a member of both programs and there is also a two-night minimum stay in order to receive the benefits. For the full list of participating hotels, you can check out here.
Earn LifeMiles At Marriott Properties
LifeMiles members can generally earn miles when staying at Marriott properties. To do this you must choose LifeMiles as your preferred loyalty program in your Marriott Bonvoy account and this will automatically earn you miles. The earning rates for the miles are as follows:
- Earn 2 LifeMiles per US$ 1 spent on Marriott’s Luxury and Premium brands
- Earn 1 LifeMiles per US$ 1 spent on Marriott’s Select hotels

Furthermore, there is another way of earning LifeMiles with the Marriott Bonvoy program – That will be a points transfer. LifeMiles program is a transfer partner of Bonvoy hence members can transfer points at a rate of 3:1. Unfortunately, Marriott recently dropped its 5,000-mile transfer bonus when transferring 60,000 points to the LifeMiles program.
LifeMiles also has numerous credit card transfer partners such as American Express Membership Rewards, Citi ThanYou Rewards and Capital One Rewards.
Summary
LifeMiles is offering discounts and benefits at select Marriott Bonvoy hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America through April 30, 2022. While earning airline miles as Bonvoy earning preference is not my recommendation, this promotion will be great for those with no Marriott Bonvoy elite tier since it provides benefits such as complimentary breakfast, late check-out and many more.
