Marriott Bonvoy went live with its fall 2022 promotion today. The details about the promotion were released a few weeks ago. This is the second global promotion Marriott Bonvoy launched this year.

The new promotion entitles Bonvoy members to earn 2,000 points per stay starting on the second stay. There is no point limit in this throughout the 86-day earning period therefore members who have extensive Marriott stays upcoming will be able to collect extra points to redeem in their future stays.

Registration for this promotion is mandatory and must be registered from September 7, 2022, to December 1, 2022, while stays must be booked by December 15, 2022, starting today. There are also a couple of terms and conditions to be aware of:

  • Only “Paid” stays are eligible for this promotion.
  • A “stay” is defined as consecutive nights spent in the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity, at any points-eligible rate.
  • Stays completed prior to registration are not eligible to earn bonus points with this promotion.
  • The bonus points will be posted within six weeks after checking out from the hotel.

What’s better for Marriott Bonvoy members possessing Marriott co-branded credit cards?

The offer is more captivating for those who own Marriott co-branded cards. They can earn 2,000 points extra on top of the existing 2,000, up to 4,000 points in total. Of course, with no maximum limits. But there is a little catch; members need to stay at different Marriott brands starting on their second stays.
