Recently the Marriott Bonvoy program has sent targeted offers to members about tailored promotions where you can earn double Bonvoy points on weekend stays.

Earn Double Marriott Bonvoy Points On Weekend Stays

Through August 31, 2023, select Marriott Bonvoy members will be able to earn double points on stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. The promotion is targeted so it is best to check the promotion tab of your Bonvoy account if you are eligible.

In order to receive double points, registration is required prior to your stay. The offer is eligible at any Marriott property around the world but make sure your stay includes either Friday night or Saturday night. For example, Wednesday to Saturday or Saturday to Monday.

Here are a few terms and conditions:

  • Stays must be completed by August 31, 2023
  • The bonus points will be credited to your account within three to five business days after checkout
  • Members electing to earn Miles are not eligible for this Promotion
  • Award redemption nights including Points redemption, Cash + Points, or Free Night Awards redemption are not eligible for the Promotion
  • Only one room per property is counted
  • Stays must be booked through direct Marriott channels in order to participate in the promotion
  • This Promotion is nontransferable and is valid for one-time use

Summary

Through August 31, 2023, targeted Marriott Bonvoy members will be eligible to earn double Bonvoy points when booking a weekend stay that consists of either a Friday night or Saturday night. You must register for the offer prior to your stay if you are eligible.

Unfortunately, the promotion is only a one-time offer so make sure you have a stay that consists of very long nights in order to maximize points.
