Two Days Left! Buy Wyndham Rewards Points With A 40% Bonus

For a period of five days, Wyndham Rewards has launched its latest promotion offering a bonus on points purchased.

Buy Wyndham Rewards Points With A 40% Bonus

Between November 23, 2022, thru November 28, 2022, Wyndham Rewards is selling points with a 40% bonus. This promotion is considered the best offer since March and could be beneficial for members staying at Wyndham properties.

The bonus points will be applied when more than 3,000 points are purchased in a single transaction.

How Many Wyndham Rewards Points Can You Buy

Wyndham Rewards usually sells up to 60,000 points per calendar year excluding bonuses. This means during this promotion, members can purchase up to 84,000 points.

How Much Do Wyndham Rewards Point Cost

Before the bonus, members can purchase 60,000 points for US$780 which is US$0.013 per point but with the 40% bonus applied each point will cost as low as US$0.009. So this seems to be a fairly acceptable offer.

Redeeming Wyndham Rewards Points

Redeeming points at Wyndham properties is easy as there are more than 9,000 properties across the world. There are 20 brands under Wyndham’s portfolios and some of the hotels really have great rooms.

Some people think, Super 8 or LaQuinta Inn are motel-type rooms with dirty beds, old furniture and try to avoid them but as far as I have stayed, I never had an issue. Of course, most of my stays at Wyndham properties were either to store my luggage or get used to the day room but I haven’t had any bad experiences yet.

To redeem Wyndham Rewards points the program has fixed award rates divided into three groups:

  • Entry-Level properties usually need 7,500 points per night to redeem
  • Mid-range properties cost 15,000 points per night
  • High-end properties cost 30,000 points per night

Through November 28, Wyndham Rewards is offering a bonus of 40% when purchasing points. Wyndham properties are not my favorites so I wouldn’t consider buying points since their hotel rates are reasonably priced. The only time I would consider buying points is when I have a few points extra needed to redeem for an award stay.
